Do not trust the techs at this Les Schwab!! I went in for three alignments over a period of 4 years, and each time I was told my car would not align properly. After having my brakes replaced, by another reputable auto business, the tech noticed my right lower control arm was bent and cracked. This shop replaced my control arm and now I am finally ready for an alignment. I called this Les Schwab to see if they would give me a complimentary alignment since their idiot techs DID NOT research why my car to find out WHY it would not align and instead just said sorry it won?t align, that will still be 69 bucks. Of course they said no. Doing business with these idiots would not be wise; they don?t not squat about cars... no to mention they put on my last tires backwards. Be careful, they hire ANYONE to work on your car with no experience!
