I am embarrassed that I sent a family member in for tires at this location! What kind of service is it when you tell someone looking into tires that, "next time you get tires you should come in knowing what you want, you're backing me up." I mean really!! If I were my brother-in-law I would have walked out and gone elsewhere! Not a way a small community should do business! more

Do not trust the techs at this Les Schwab!! I went in for three alignments over a period of 4 years, and each time I was told my car would not align properly. After having my brakes replaced, by another reputable auto business, the tech noticed my right lower control arm was bent and cracked. This shop replaced my control arm and now I am finally ready for an alignment. I called this Les Schwab to see if they would give me a complimentary alignment since their idiot techs DID NOT research why my car to find out WHY it would not align and instead just said sorry it won?t align, that will still be 69 bucks. Of course they said no. Doing business with these idiots would not be wise; they don?t not squat about cars... no to mention they put on my last tires backwards. Be careful, they hire ANYONE to work on your car with no experience! more

The staff at Canby's Les Schwab are fabulous. They take such great care of all our family cars, and our collector cars. I know I can go there and be treated with respect, get good information, quick and reliable service! more

My family buys all of its tires from Les Scwaub. I have also had brakes done here on 2 vehicles I own. They have fast friendly, quality service with great warranties. I've had them repair flat tires for me at no charge. Their pricing is very reasonable. I usually put my charges on my "90 days Same as Cash" account. This way I can pay my account off in 3 months, while incurring NO INTEREST! What a great deal. more
