It was constant contact with Old Colonial Mortgage. They kept me updated all the time and were very prompt on answering any questions I had. They were very good about getting back to me when they didn't have the answer right away.
John is spectacular. He has a great personality. That's what makes it all the more easier. I've worked with a couple different companies, no names mentioned, and they were just the best. The constant contact really made everything all the better. She still checks on me, which is great. Customer service means everything. If you don't have that, you don't have a good company.
