Review content:
We had an outside water hydrant and there appeared to be a leak behind it between the hydrant and the bricks in a wall of the house. Bostech Service came out and fixed that.
I might have to mark them down in that it was very difficult to make contact with them. I didn't know who to talk to and left messages and nobody called me back, so it took a few days. I didn't have an emergency. On the menu it had an option for if you have a water emergency. So I was sent to the general mailbox and left messages there a couple of times.
The overall experience was fine, though. Once they came out, they did a good job. I just don't like the menu when you dial in.
