i'd called because i was price checking for Declaw and shots for my kitten. the person that i talked to was very rude saying that i shouldve already gotten shots for my 6 month old kitten and she kept trying to get me to schedule an appointment with her after id already said that i was just price checking. Which was not the best price for these services that i'd found by far. Also they kept trying to get me to "bundle" Services together saying that it would be cheaper in the long run. When i declined and Asked for just the price of the declaw without Newter she tried guilting me into it by saying that it wasnt fair to my cat to have 2 operations instead of one. \r

I am not amused and i will not be using them as my provider as i felt they were out to get my money more than help me or care for my kitten.
