Review content:
When I signed up for the Wellness plan at the St Louis Park, MN location, the front desk told me there were a bunch of free services I would receive & discounts on other services. The 2nd yr, my puppy was sick, throwing up constantly. I took him into the Banfield Hospital for a checkup & they informed me that extensive labwork needed to be done. A nurse suggested that I upgrade my Wellness plan for a couple of days so that the services would be covered. I asked her if I would have any problems downgrading and she said no. As I had little time, I went with her advice. About 8 months later, I wanted to cancel my Wellness plan but that was only possible if I paid up for the services received-the Wellness plan is a hoax making you believe the services are free but the plan works like installment payments for the services. I tried to call the clinic in MN, but a vet there was of no help & said nothing could be done. Now I am stuck with the plan till the end of the contracting year. Check
