I went to this store and found a tile I liked, on my own. Bought the tile and was told it would be 6 weeks until my tile came in. Not a problem. When 8 weeks passed I called to see what was going on and I heard nothing... Then I called again, and again. Finally I went into the store to find out about my order and was told the owner went to lunch and would call me when she had a chance. Really??? They just ignore there messages? Then when she finally called me she screamed at my husband saying she didnt need our business,and that I was rude and told me to go F myself!! Don't think I was asking much, I paid for the tile and wanted it. Might I add it was 10 weeks later. All I asked for was a follow up call and I was told to go F myself.... Does that sound like someone you want to do business with. Horrible people!!!
