I work at the location the person before me was talking about. All the people that work there are very honest about what people need in there vehicles. Sorry your experience was disappointing. We have a ton of customers that are very pleased with our services.The coupons include labor for the oil change and that was it. We are not major rip offs, and only do what is absolutely necessary for the vehicle.Again, sorry we disappointed you.
