Absolutely fabulous place! They have been in the neighborhood for a long time and their reputation is spotless. They are honest, competent and just all around great people. The entire staff is very accommodating and helpful, and you'll never be sold services or parts that aren't absolutely necessary. Their prices are very reasonable, too, they're a great value. I always take my cars there and will never consider going anywhere else. more

My father has been taking all of our family and business cars to them for year. I have been taking my car to them since I got it. They always work hard to accommodate all my needs, squeezing me into their very busy schedule with little to no notice. I cant tell you how many times they have told me that whatever it was I was worried about was fine and not in need of repair. They never try to get me to do work that isn't necessary. I appreciate their honesty. My car is there today, on a moments notice and they always call and keep me informed of my status and it turned out to be a minor issue and Ill be picking it back up today. I think you would search long and hard for an auto repair shop with that kind of customer service and integrity. I know I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. more

They have always treated me pretty well. I usually go in without an appointment, and they always do their best to accomidate me. A few years ago, I drove my car down a flooded road and could not get it started after sucking water into the engine. I went home and throught the advice of a friend took out the spark plugs and blew the water out. It worked in getting the water out, but after changing the oil, it still wouldn't start. I took it to All Tune, and they took everything apart and dried it out, and for $75 had it back to me running again. I'm still driving that car two years later and I still take my cars to them. more

My friend had her clutch slave cylindar replaced. They replaced the cylindar and put the torn boot from the original cylindar on the new cylindar. Outrageous! Then when she asked if they would make good on it, they claimed that the repalcement parts do not come with a new boot ( I have never seen a repalcement clutch or slave cylindar that did not come with a new rubber boot fitted to it and have checked and the one for her car always includes the rubber boot). They installed the old torn parts, did not alert her to it, and then they lied to cover their own mistake. Outrageous! more

I work at the location the person before me was talking about. All the people that work there are very honest about what people need in there vehicles. Sorry your experience was disappointing. We have a ton of customers that are very pleased with our services.The coupons include labor for the oil change and that was it. We are not major rip offs, and only do what is absolutely necessary for the vehicle.Again, sorry we disappointed you. more

My husband wanted to take his van in for an oil change and he found one of there coupons in our local paper and when he went the coupon was for $13.90 for an oil cahnge and when they did it they rang him up at 58.20!! He said what in the world. How can you go from almost $14 to almost $60. They said that they changed his air filter too and the cost of labor. Well needless to say my husband had just changed his own air filter the previous week so it didn't need one and he didn't ask them to do that. And the coupon said labor was inluded. So they are major rip offs and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. more
