Review content:
I took my new kitten here to get neutered and in retrospect am very satisfied with how the procedure went. He recovered quickly without pain or irritation. However , I wanted to comment that the front desk staff was useless. It seemed like there were always 4 or 5 behind the desk 3 of which were talking about their personal lives or otherwise ignoring customers. The girls were all plenty nice, but most of them seemed mostly incompetent. We were told dropping him off would take 15 minutes and we ended up being there for 45 minutes (on a Saturday morning at 8:30 am!), and only then could we leave because we mentioned how we had to go open our family business. When I went to pick him up it was the same thing. The girls at the front desk struggled to calculate my total and I stood there for 15 minutes while they redid and redid their calculations; I was worried I would be incorrectly charged. Then, when I was being debriefed on the neuter and post-op directions the girl kept calling my cat ""she"" and saying how ""she"" had been spayed. Finally, I blurted, ""it's a male"". I just think when it comes to your pet, it's all about personal attention and when they can't even get the gender correct, I mean come on. My recommendation: Go there for good care, but bring a long book and a whole lot of patience.
Pros: good vet
Cons: unprofessional staff
