Engaged Dan's services to inspect a "fixer" house I was contemplating purchasing. He was thorough, offered onsite a lot of informationa and detail, especially regarding some of th eless obvious matters I would need to attend to. As much as inspecting, I would say he was also teaching. In many cases, his observations served to relieve anxieties about ssome of the details. the printed report was comprehensive and included a lot of useful background info and broader recommendations.
