Review content:
I had a recall on my Elantra. I made an appointment and that work was completed, along with a state inspection and a warranty issue on the driver's window. They needed to order a part to fix the passenger side window. They asked me to bring the car back 2 day's later by 8:00 AM, which I did. When I arrived I was told they had been busy the day before and they would "try to fit me in". The work was not completed until late morning the next day. Up until I was told they would try to fit me in when I already had an appointment I was satisfied. At the very least I think they could have called me to ask me to bring the car back the next day instead of waiting until I arrived at the dealership and then tell me how they had been swamped the day before. I believe my repair was pushed back to accommodate people that had come in for repairs the day before when I had been told two days previously to bring the car back that day.
