My service advisor was walking towards my and addressing me by name as soon as I parked. I guess that's how royalty feels. The work was done quicker than expected, they used my coupon and my service advisor was the best. more

Service Performed Well - Question on Inspection Coupon 3/16/2015

The service provided by the front end respresentatives and maintenance crew was fine. Rec'd a coupon through the mail that indicated a State Inspection for $8.99. When checking in I was informed it was a discount of $8.99 toward the inspection. This was not plainly shown on the mailer. more

the service was excellent, i was in and out rather quickly, the price was right, but i could only rate 4 stars because, even though this is the winter season, i thought the car could have been washed, i have owned a hyundai vehicle since 2003, and have been at motorworld many times, every time i come there, i receive great service at a good price,and i have had the car washed a more than few times before. all in all, everything went very well. next time i'm sure, it'll be 5 stars more
