STAY AWAY. This is the WORST service EVER.\r
I'm pissed off from the day I sign one year contract with Region Oil.\r
I should give them less than one star but I can't\r
1. Monthly payment (ANNUAL budget plan) I signed for, had lower payments than on the first and all other statements. Sales person explain it to me that oil price is higher that when I sign my contract ??? Really, please tell me why I sign this contract at all? \r
2. For all year I paid ceiling price even when oil price was 60 cents lower (Region Oil price)\r
3. They forced me to pay for annual maintenance twice. I canceled this service. It took them 3 months to take it off from my payments. \r
4. Four months before my plan expired I had phone call from Region Oil. Customer Service person asked me "If I want to extend contract for the next year?" My answer was "No". Than they cancel my CURRENT ANNUAL (12 months) contract & send me a bill to pay it in full. If I remember well I signed 12 month contract not 8 month contract. Cus
