DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. I had a terrible experience. I called and explained that I would not be home but that my boyfriends mother would be home to meet the technician. When I came home my boyfriends mother complained that the technician had been very rude and very terse with her. I called to complain and spoke with an Ashley who was actually very nice, understanding and apologetic and said that she would communicate my complaint to a manager and that he would get right back to me. Ashley, there are so many other companies out there, get out of that place! I never received a call from a manager so I called back and spoke with a Greg who was also rude. His immediate defensive response was "Well, neither of us was there so we don't really know what happened." As if my boyfriend's mother is going to make up that his technician was rude. All I really wanted was an apology and reassurance that they were going to get a different technician to my house and actually do the job. Whe
