DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. I had a terrible experience. I called and explained that I would not be home but that my boyfriends mother would be home to meet the technician. When I came home my boyfriends mother complained that the technician had been very rude and very terse with her. I called to complain and spoke with an Ashley who was actually very nice, understanding and apologetic and said that she would communicate my complaint to a manager and that he would get right back to me. Ashley, there are so many other companies out there, get out of that place! I never received a call from a manager so I called back and spoke with a Greg who was also rude. His immediate defensive response was "Well, neither of us was there so we don't really know what happened." As if my boyfriend's mother is going to make up that his technician was rude. All I really wanted was an apology and reassurance that they were going to get a different technician to my house and actually do the job. Whe more

not over priced 5/10/2011

I was pretty pleased with Allen and sons. My washer had gone out. I called and they had someone there by that evening. Unfortunately, a motor needed to be replaced but surprisingly, the price wasn't horrible. Will definitely call them again. thanks! more

Very pleased with service from Allen and Sons. People are quick to complain but I take the enjoyment of complimenting. They were professional and polite. I would definitely call them again and recommend their service. more

would have been better if they were on time 12/12/2010

I called for service on my washer. The service was great other than the fact technician had arrived 30 minutes passed the appt. time. I had to call to find out where the technician was. They did apologize and told me he was on his way. more
