Strangest thing, I start the washing machine and all of a sudden the whole house has no water. I call Heritage, Derek comes out and already has an idea what is wrong. He does some tests and yes, it's the well pump. A big expense and I'm out of work. Derek makes some phone calls which help to make it a little more affordable.
Then the hard work begins, Derek pulls the well pump out by hand and very carefully goes over the pipe and wires to make sure there is no damage, re-wraps everything and replaces the pump, disinfects the well, and it's all done in just a few hours! Derek was extremely helpful by explaining everything, and I was empressed with his careful attention to detail. Derek was friendly and personable, I would definately request for him the next time we need to call Heritage.
