I called to ask them about the Brazilian Keratin Treatment and the girl on the phone said "yes" they do that and made an appointment for me to have a consultation with Liz the following week. The day of the appointment came and I had not gotten a reminder call (which they had said they would do) so I called and when I asked if I was still on the schedule for a BKT consultation the girl said "yes, but we don't do that service". WHAT? She asked if I had SPECIFICALLY asked for that when I called the first time and I said that I had. She said "oh well sorry...we do regular straighteners but not the Keratin treatment". Uh, check your website lady....and next time, make sure your employees are CLEAR on the services you offer before you make appointments!!
