My worst nightmare: a non-flushing toilet on a Friday afternoon. I found South West prominently advertised in the Yellow Pages and called them in desperation. Within an hour or so (well within the time window the nice dispatcher gave me), my technician, Bobby W. showed up. He was courteous, professional and (here's the unbelievable part) solved my problem with no charge. Yes, no charge. Turned out it was only clogged, but with a 90 year old house and one bathroom, I would was expecting the worst. He also took the time to discuss options for the future and explained the inner workings of the mysterious toilet to me. I will not hesitate to call South West the next time I need any service they provide - well done!!!
