I can only comment on the car repairs because I have never purchased a car here. This dealership used to be on Bridge St. in Weymouth. They now have a new modern building in Braintree where Hilltop Steakhouse used to be. You drive into an enclosed drop off/pick up area and someone is there to greet you and get the mileage on your car. They have always repaired my car right the first time but it's not cheap. After the first repair they will send you coupons in the mail. They do an inspection on the car with every repair and give you a "certified inspection form" which is nice to have. If your car needs something easy like tires, brakes or a muffler go to a shop like Firestone, Goodyear, etc. Getting those at the dealership is much more expensive and Firestone, Goodyear etc. does it just as well as the dealer.The Toyota dealer shuttle driver can take you to work and pick you up afterwards which is convenient.
