Review content:
I've used safe & sound for a remote start in the past and was pleased with their service, so I called up and asked how much it would be to install a new amp in my car and that I already had all the parts needed. They said $65 bucks plus whatever extra parts they needed to do the install. I made the appointment and showed up. When I got there I said here is my amp, here is my amp wiring kit. All I wanted was a simple installation and they wouldn't do it unless I purchased a bunch of their overpriced parts. They wanted twice what I paid for my amp wiring kit with the same gauge wire. So I said, "sorry for wasting your time and left." What I should have said was "I'm sorry you wasted my time and I will never be back to your store because you weren't honest with me." I understand if you only like to install your own eq
