Businiess name:  Porterhouse Bistro

Review content:
Without question the Porterhouse Bistro's Prix Fixe is the best value in Beverly Hills, and probably in Los Angeles. The service, from Maitre 'D to server to bus boy, is exceptionally friendly and efficient. The hosts, in particular, thankfully lack the oppressive attitude of other high end Beverly Hills steakhouses on N. Canon Dr. north of Wilshire on the East side of the street that I will not mention. The steaks are delicious and well prepared, the sides are small but tasty, and the chocolate lava cake in particular is dynamite. Figuring that appetizer, salad, entree, sides, dessert, and two drinks puts you at $40 there is no reason (outside of vegetarianism) not to give it a shot. As a bonus they have a reasonable corkage fee and provide decanters and crystal glassware often without request. Pros: Food, Service, Value Cons: The word's out, book early
