Review content:
I had no heat and I called Service Experts to make a service call. They promised me to have a tech out there the same day. A tech finally showed up at 8pm. The tech was very dirty, reeked of cigarette smoke, and looked like a homeless person. Because I was freezing cold I allowed him to see what was wrong with my furnace. The tech told me I the furnace circuit board was fried and I need a new gas valve as well. He told me the repairs would be 2300.00. I had no faith that this man knew what he was talking about so I declined the repair. I called another Air conditioning company out the following day and they told me it was a 3 amp fuse that was blown. They charged me 89.95. What a low class in qualified company. I can?t believe they are able to stay in business.
