I had no heat and I called Service Experts to make a service call. They promised me to have a tech out there the same day. A tech finally showed up at 8pm. The tech was very dirty, reeked of cigarette smoke, and looked like a homeless person. Because I was freezing cold I allowed him to see what was wrong with my furnace. The tech told me I the furnace circuit board was fried and I need a new gas valve as well. He told me the repairs would be 2300.00. I had no faith that this man knew what he was talking about so I declined the repair. I called another Air conditioning company out the following day and they told me it was a 3 amp fuse that was blown. They charged me 89.95. What a low class in qualified company. I can?t believe they are able to stay in business. more

I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone! 1/1/2010

When our old A/C system kicked the bucket in JULY 2008, we decided to use this company to install our new unit after alot of research. The men installing our unit arrived on time and while the installation took all day, they were careful not to wreck anything in their paths and they were very personable too. Unfortunately nearly a year later we had an issue with our A/C (nothing related to installation) that required SE to be at our house well after hours. Fortunately we had purchased a service plan so the visit was covered. The guys servicing us eventually had to leave our home to get some equipment and they returned ASAP and stayed til they finished the job, which was at about 9:30 that night,. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone! more
