I have been in this store 2 times. The "customer service" is non existent. Those working there (and there were quite a few) are all busy in their own little world. They have to see you come through their door but NOT ONE stops to offer any greeting. I felt like an intruder but wandered on in anyway to try to find some drapery & upholstery for 3500 sq. ft. whole house redecorating. After an hour of wandering their poorly lit warehouse to TRY to formulate some ideas ON MY OWN, I left, once again unacknowledged. Their prices were not impressive enough for me to want to return even if it was just for the price. Boone Fabric has missed out on a CHUNK of business from just this one customer!
