My husbandpaid for a pool opening in March. When we called to schedule they were booked for 2 weeks. When they called to come we were not at home. Left 5 messages, never returned any of them. I finally got a hold of service. They came out left. Said needed part. Never came back 2 days. Called was told they would be back in 2 days to finish. Then proceeded to tell me I would have to schedule sweeping, only paid for "mechanical opening" $216. I've owned a pool for over 30 years. First for me. Of course, they are booked and can't do the sweeping. I have a filthy pool, over a month now. I would never, I repeat never use this company again.
