At one time my friend who is in his 80s enjoyed staying there at one time all the staff were happy there were plenty of nurses and aids, I wish I could say that now. This facility was just recently bought in the last year. I moved away in 2006 I do come back to norwich in the summer time last year I noticed my friends dad who has a private room and pays $90 thousand dollars a year his bed cover was stained and smelled of urine. Nobody changed it my friends trousers were wet, nobody was toileting him.He REFUSES to eat the food so his son brings in three meals a day for almost 10 years. I came back to this area on may 15th 2010 I decided to give my friend a break every day at lunch time. I told her the son is not here please get him up and toilet him it was time for lunch. she replied if he does not want
