Took 2 pets in for spay after verifying three times over the costs and procedure. AFTER the vet took the pets AND AFTER the vet sedated them, the office called us at home to demand that we purchase shots, wormers, and other products that we didn't need, as we provided proof that all of that had already been done. Even so, the vet demaned that we buy them from HIM or he would not do the spays. He said that we SHOULD have been told that we had to buy those items from him.
