Review content:
I only dealt with Par's once and that was enough. I called them to fix my refrigerator. They were recommended by a friend who had a positive experince. I told my boss that I would be late because I had a person coming to fix my fridge. I was told by Par's that they would send someone over between 8 and 9 AM. A person did not get there until 11:30. After working on it for about two hours I was told he would have to go back to his shop and get a part. An hour later I got a call and said that they did not have the part in stock. They did fix it later the next day ( they were late again). I also had to miss another day of work.
