Review content:
I took my car in after it overheated and was quoted $1,000 to repair. They then told me that the head gaskets were leaky and that it would cost another $2,000 to fix. After this expensive repair they then told me that the car was still leaking and that they needed another $1,800 to fix the leaks. I took the car to another shop for a second opinion and was told that the leak was coming from the head gasket -- the very same place Russell Automotive had just fixed! This company does not know what they are doing. Don't use them to change a tire let alone engine repair! I've filed a complaint with the BBB. If that doesn't get me any relief, I may have to sue them.
