I took my wifes Suburban in for the $89 brake special, and some how it ended up being over $600. I usually do our brakes myself, but I didn't have the time and my wife had let the brakes go for a couple weeks and they were pulling to the right. She took the vehicle in to Russell and called her to tell her that there was a major problem with "blah blah", she told them she didn't understand what that meant, but she had 5 kids and we couldn't afford $600 on brakes...he replied with guilt intended.."with five kids you really can't afford not to"...so she paid and we were screwed...by the way, the brakes still pulled to the right after she paid. PROS: Nice beautiful building, nice dressed staff, they must make $$$$ CONS: All the money you pay doesn't go into their service or parts.
