I just purchased a new 2013 Malibu at Ray Chevrolet in Fox Lake and I could not be happier with the level of customer service and professionalism that I experienced there. Rich Gniadek was my salesman and from start to finish he made me feel like I was his only customer and that no matter what kind of outragous request I gave to him he was willing to try and help me get into the vehicle that I wanted and never told me that there was nothing he could do. Rich listened to everything I had to say and found me the perfect car and stayed within my budget. I will definitely go back to RIch if I ever need another vehicle and I will tell all my family and friends to go see Rich for all their car buying needs. But it didn't stop with RIch, once I decided to buy the vehicle, Matt Douvikas the general sales manager was able to come up with a deal that I could afford and would not stop until I was comfortable with the price and payment.
