Review content:
There have been too many incidents in the apartments that are owned by Goudreau Management. I have known three families that have lived at more than one location, and incidents have happened with all of them and with others that never make the news. The buildings are not secure, and anyone can walk in off the street. I have heard that many years ago a teacher was murdered there. The parking lots are also not secure and vehicles are frequently broken into. Background checks are not done on all of those who live there, and you don't know what's moving in next to you. Nothing ever gets done to improve this situation nd this has been going on for decades. I would never live there and it is a blight in the neighborhood to those who own homes around these apartments. Goudreau Management can be considered borderline if not actual slum lords.
