I'm not sure just where the other locations are, which are mentioned in the other reviews, but I certainly have no such complaints about Ranch Village, in Parma Heights. It's clean, quiet and I've never had an issue with getting any service requests addressed right away. They even take the time to call and ask if there is anything they could do. The rent is reasonable and I don't see myself needing to look for anything new. Any large complex will have its issues, but I havent experienced anything that would be cause for any concern. The windows can be a bit drafty, during the colder Winter months, but the heating bill doesn't really reflect that. In my five years there, my neighbors have changed several times, in each apartment around me, and there haven't been any problems yet. The smaller buildings help keep things a bit more private and the location, near the park, makes for a nice wooded setting. I would recommend it to anyone.
