Review content:
We had been taking our pets there for many years and had thought the doctor was nice. Then our older cat needed a thyroid medicine for the rest of his life that was really expensive from Alamo Animal Hospital. I found it online for one third the price. I asked for a prescription and things went downhill from there. I was given a lot of grief picking up my first prescription and when I came in for another the Vet told me very loudly to take my business elswhere. I of course did, and when we asked for our cats medical records we were told our account was on hold because we owed five dollars for writing the prescription even though I was not asked for any money when I picked it up and was not asked the last time I was in there. To top it off, they wanted $33.00 to pick up copies of the cat's records.
