My husband and I were so excited about getting a pool installed on our property especially after we spoke with the salesman from English Pools. Our conversation with him was the last good thing that happened in dealing with them. We signed the contract in April 2008 and were told that the pool would be ready in 1-1 1/2 weeks. The contract they gave us insured that they were paid in full well before the pool was finished. We were promised training on the new equipment once the pool was completed because we'd never had a pool before. Needless to say, once payment in full had been made we had to make call after call to get the pool completed. Then once the pool was complete we tried every thing we could think of to get our training. We called and called and called, we left messages, we begged, we threatened, all to no avail. We told them that we needed the pool finished prior to 6/7/08 but it didn't matter to them. Someone from their office finally called us on the morning of 6/7
