If I could give no stars I would. We took our cats to Chatham Vet for almost all thier lives, and we never had a problem. The last time we went my cat was very sick and we were told she need emergency surgery, and that they were staying overnight to do the surgery. The next day after a restless night, we had to call them to find out what happened. The receptionist told us that Vegas made it through the surgery. We came to find out later that day that she had not even had surgery. And that she wasn't okay. So again we kept calling and calling and we got bull crap excuses every time. She stayed there for 4 days before getting her "emergency" surgery. And she died that night, because they don't stay with the paitents after a "emergency" surgery. They didn't call us we had to call them to find out she was DEAD!!! The communication is the most unbelievable, disturbing thing ever. Not only did we have to call in to find out that she was dead, they called her a boy numerous times. They should
