My girlfriend's dog broke is leg in an accident and she took him in on a friday and said that the surgery would be done on Saturday. They also told her that they would call when the surgery was done. Saturday night, my girlfriend finally gets a call from the vet saying that the surgery was done and the dog was fine. She asked if we could pick him up on sunday and he told her that we had to wait till monday afternoon. Well I go in on monday to pick him up and find out after waiting in the office for over a hour that the surgery was not done and that her dog was in the OR right then. So he was taken in friday morning and had to wait till monday for his surgery. When I got angry and asked why we were told he was done with surgery, ok, and ready to go home. Then find out that he hasn't had anything done, they told me that it was because of an accident and emergencies that he wasn't ready. Then I asked why someone hadn't called us on monday morning and said that he wasn't ready. I
