After trying many different vets around the area ithis ione is better than the other ones. Doctors are good, all of them. But the customer service at front desk is horrible!! If they make a mistake on your bill they get upset, they dont even apologiez, they get a very bad attitud, even thoug i had expened thousands there, they treat you like they dont care about your bussiness. They think they own the center, and they charge you stuff and keep it quiet until hopefully u notice it!!! Technician are very good also. But the custumer service at front desk is the worse ever!!! There is one nice lady but once u dont agree with something or ask a question she isnt nice anymore!!!! How can such a expensive place have such a horrible custumer service??
