The Cake Craft Shoppe, I cannot say enough good things about this place. I have read some of the reviews and don't know where they are getting the nonsense I am seeing. I work in a Country Club in Kansas, as an Assistant Pastry Chef, and have taken two classes at the Cake Craft Shoppe, both of which were absolutely fantastic, I learned so much while I was there, and obviously it was worth it when I will drive all the way from Kansas to Sugarland for a second time to take the class. I strongly recommend taking classes there. And not only are the classes there great, but so to are the supplies and products they have, and any questions I had for Sheila, she was right there to help me and answer them.\r

All of the staff there were very kind and inviting, any questions I had were answered. I have seen their work and it is great, they know what they are doing. And the classes I took there Sheila was the kindest person ever, always there to help, offer suggestions, tips, and pointers to stee
