2ND TIME TRYING TO FIX THE PROBLEM THEY CREATED & RICH STILL OFFERS NO APOLOGIES!\r I take good care of my vehicle and I was looking for a mechanic who would do the same. I am new to the area and I was referred to Rich. The block heater on my truck needed replacing because the plug was shorting out. Here's what happened:\r 1. Rich did not remove the old malfunctioning heater, instead he just added a new one on the opposite side of the engine.\r 2. One week later the "low coolant" light came on. Rich fixed it at no charge. He called and said, "The truck is ready, you can pick it up. You're all set." He did not volunteer what the problem was. I had to ask what the problem was before he admitted it was a leaking seal on the new block heater. He DID NOT APOLOGIZE for his shoddy workmanship. \r 3. One week later, "low coolant" light AGAIN.
