The parties are always so much fun at pump it up. My son has been to several parties there and always has a blast. My husband likes to take him because the adults can play too. Once when we where there one of the staff members seemed a bit unhelpful to the host parents. I've looked into booking my son's parties there before but a few things kept me from it: 1.) The deposit is non refundable which is a draw back because you have to book months in advance and really hope nothing too important comes up (not too great if you have to travel for business). 2.) The price is $225 for up to 25 kids. That's pretty high for a kids party. You get to invite alot of kids, but really having 25 kids show up for a party seems too hectic in my mind. 3.) They are really stick on the rules. If you add the pizza pack for a $3 extra bucks each kids gets two slices from Hungry Howies. That's really a big rip off considering how cheap Hungry Howie's is. I don't think you can bring in ice cream or any thing el
