I have taken my dogs here for as long as I have had dogs. Which is a long time. I could rave on and on about how wonderful Catherine's is. I tell everyone I know to go there.\r
I have only ever had one thing happen. My dog got a nick and bled a little. But when your working with animals anything can happen. I don't blame the groomers because they do the best they can. Sometimes accidents happen. Its not their fault. It's not like they are purposely trying to hurt your dog.\r
I know that my dogs got nuts when I say "Catherine's?!" They love going to get groomed there. I've tried a few other groomers just to see the competition and my dogs HATE going to other groomers. Their tails go down and I practically have to drag them into the groomers. But Not Catherine's. They love it there.\r

Liz- I doubt that your dog's broken jaw was the fault of Catherine's. I know for a fact that their not beating the dogs.
