I have used Catherine's Pet Parlor for years. Let me explain to you all why I love Catherine's. I have an older dog who has Congestive Heart Failure. He unfortunately coughs and hacks due to the increased size of the heart. I went to Catherine since they had been grooming him for years and explained my fears to her. She took my dog and told me not to worry. My dog was treated like a KING. They gave him a wonderful cut. They didn't blow dry him like normal due to his heart problem. Instead of keeping him in a cage, she kept him in her office to walk around. Now that is what I call going above and beyond the call. What wonderful people to have to deal with. I would never trust anyone else.
