Review content:
I had new kittens that were sick and called for an emergency visit. They said they didn't have openings but would check & see if someone could squeeze me in. The kittens eyes were red & swollen & they were almost not able to breathe. I told them it was an emergency. They never called me back. Good thing I took them to another vet. They could've died waiting. The vet was also mean, nasty & unnecessarily rough to my newly adopted dog. When my favorite cat died & I had to bring him in it was like just toss him on the counter there & we'll take care of him. It was like I was dropping off a file or something. I will never go back here. My new vet is much nicer & very gentle with my animals.
