North Bend Animal Clinic

Unlike a couple of the one shot reviews above, I have been taking my 2 dogs and a cat to Dr. Howard for 6 years. Dr. Howard and his staff have been nothing but friendly, courteous, professional, and most of all caring. Each dog has undergone a surgery and multiple necessary procedures over the years and all have turned out highly satisfactory. I would not hesitate to refer friends to the N Bend Animal Clinic. more

I had new kittens that were sick and called for an emergency visit. They said they didn't have openings but would check & see if someone could squeeze me in. The kittens eyes were red & swollen & they were almost not able to breathe. I told them it was an emergency. They never called me back. Good thing I took them to another vet. They could've died waiting. The vet was also mean, nasty & unnecessarily rough to my newly adopted dog. When my favorite cat died & I had to bring him in it was like just toss him on the counter there & we'll take care of him. It was like I was dropping off a file or something. I will never go back here. My new vet is much nicer & very gentle with my animals. more

We are really pleased with the service and rapid appointments and referral for our cat Pnurf who developed and mass on his paw. The staff and doctors made sure that he was seen for follow up radiographs right away and sent to a specialist for a biopsy immediately. We are very pleased with the care we received and it is good to have the problem treated very quickly and humanely! Pnurf is doing very well. more

I feel this office takes advantage of owners in their most vulnerable time. We had taken in our dog for a removal of mass/tumor on her hind leg. My daughter went to pick up her dog after the surgery, she came home very upset because of how rude they were and how "mean" to the dog. After 2 days - the stitches had come completely off, we called the office - reluctantly they offered "we will see her in between" she was treated again.. my daughter called me livid after leaving the office, they were once again rude and disrespectful and she was shock to see how they dragged her dog to the exam room.. in her bag leg! After the treatment and she went back to pick her up - they would not release our dog until payment was made in full! - To my shock, another several hundreds of dollars bill (discounted?) I asked if they would consider billing me for half of the bill.. NOT an option. They will take half a payment, with a check on hold, but will charge you for a hold fee! The front offi more

They offer a 10% discount to people over 65. I was turning 65 in 6 days and they would not give me the discount. I am on social security and thought this very not right. I will not go back, as I guess that 10% is more important to them than a good, faithful customer. So sad. more

There is not enough space to tell you all how highly recommended this clinic is for your beloved pet.... The staff is amazing and Dr Glen Howard is a very caring Vet and takes time during appt visits... The whole staff was so supportive while my German Shepherd was sick with cancer. They went above and beyond to make her comfortable and did everything possible to help me understand what steps I needed to take... I have seen alot of Vets- The North Bend Clinic is by far the best! They are wonderful, caring, and can be counted on for excellent care. Their pricing is extremely reasonable for the level of care provided. I now drive from Issaquah to North Bend since moving out of town because I can't beat the service quality or great value anywhere else. more

We always take our animals here for vaccinations and for emergency stuff. They've helped us take good care of our pets for years. We've always gotten great service, too. more

I really am impressed with the North Bend Animal Clinic and Hospital. We found a baby raccoon on the road and took it in. They were really great about helping it and of course took care of it until it could be released. more
