When my aunt passed away, McDougald in Anderson conducted her funeral. We called to ask if they could suggest a hotel as we were coming in from out of state on short notice. Our family was in mourning & we did not want to trouble them. The funeral director informed me that they were not a ?concierge service?. I never told my uncle about this comment ? but I should have. Rude
