I've worked at veterinary clinics since 1988.The second vet.asked us whats the first thing that could make or break a business? It's the receptionist. The first time i walked in the door i was greeted by a happy friendly receptionist .Now they close at 6:00 and here i. am coming in at 5:30. Normally people are ready to close up and go home.But not them . Where i worked, the receptionist first thing they would say is (that is when they got through talking to each other ) what can i help u with then the client would tell them then the next thing the receptionist would say is well now u do know we close at 5:00.I personally say that its very rude ! Im a groomer here and clients tell me about how rude the receptionist is and iIsay im sorry that alot of people tell me all the time. I know this was long winded ,but I just wanted to let everyone know i was more relaxed to let my dog board there. Even let me take him to his run ! just wish i could have stayed little bit longer to reensure my
