In their haste to turn the property over and get it rented again. They rented me a filthy, cockroach infested property. There is no way in the world they didn't know about the cockroach problem. But of course they would deny it, Duh? When I finally moved in and figured out what the problem was. I immediately brought it to their attention. Their response was to do nothing! They sat on their hands, they just blew it off! So far I have spent over $300 and at least 3 months trying to rid their rental property of cockroaches. They also would not reimburse me anything for my out of pocket expense. I've never dealt with Swift Properties before and I have no axe to grind with them. I'm not making any of this up. This is exactly what happened. This has been my experience with them. They can deny it all they want and I'm sure they will.\r \r As I stated (above) in my original review of Swift.
