Here's the deal, I just took 5 minutes out of my day to sign up to insider pages just to review Swift. I don't like wasting my time and for this purpose, I don't feel I am. So far I've been with swift going on a year now. Up to this point they have been kind, courteous, and prompt. Brian who shows the homes was always enjoyable and helpful in finding our rental in the first place. I've had to make about 5 or 6 phones calls to Swift in regards to problems that we've had in our home and they have called us back immediately and had someone at our door to fix the problem that day or the very next. I've seen some pretty harsh reviews from people about Swift, I can't speak for those people, everyone has their own experience and perspective, but after reading some of the trash talk on other sites I took my time to thank Swift for their wonderful service by writing this review. \r

If you're looking to rent in redding, these guys are on the ball.
